By using my website, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions, shipping/return policy, and privacy policy.
My artwork is copyrighted the moment it is created. I do not approve of any replication or edits of my original artwork. Any stolen idea/original designs will result in further legal action.
Online store orders are processed via Stripe (www.Stripe.com) or PayPal (www.PayPal.com). Custom orders are processed via: Venmo (www.venmo.com), CashApp (https://cash.app/), PayPal (www.PayPal.com) and/or cash. Please visit their websites to review their policies.
Custom Artwork
All orders are accepted upon availability, originality and artistic capability. I have the right to turn down any order. Your order is confirmed upon and started after a 50% non-refundable deposit is received. Failure to submit final payment upon completion of your order will result in cancellation of your order and will not receive the product. You may read our FAQ’s here for more information regarding this process.
Privacy Policy
The privacy of all of our customers is important to us. Kastamized does not give away any of our customer’s information without permission.
Information that is gathered is used solely to complete a customer’s order.
Any information that is publicized on our website or social media regarding our customers, is approved by the customer.
Shipping & Returns
The United States Postal Service (USPS) is used to ship all products. International shipping is not currently available.
You are provided with a tracking number for all packaged orders. Tracking is not provided for items sent in letter mail.
Shipping timeframe depends on availability of product. Typically, once your order has been shipped, it arrives within 5-10 business days.
We are not responsible for any shipping damages, delays or lost packages. Please refer to the carrier regarding your package if these occur.
We do not accept exchanges/returns due to products being personally customized. However, if there are any issues with your order, please feel free to contact us.
